Thai food remains very popular in Europe.
In her recent appearance on Episode 2 of the Healthy Rivers Series "River of Inspiration" by WWF, Master Chef Nooror Somany Steppe, co-founder and director of the Blue Elephant Group, spoke about the linkages of a healthy river and one of Thailand's most famous "Tom Yum Goong".
