Bank of Ayudhya Public Company Limited (Krungsri) has successfully signed an agreement to provide long-term loan support to PE LNG Company Limited, a joint venture between PTT LNG Company Limited (PTTLNG), wholly owned by PTT Public Company Limited (PTT), and the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand (EGAT), to enhance Thailand's energy security.

PE LNG operates a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Map Ta Phut Terminal 2 (LMPT-2), located in Ban Nong Fab, Rayong Province. With a regasification capacity of 7.5 million tonnes per annum (MTPA), LMPT-2 is strategically important infrastructure project that enhance Thailand's energy security.
