Krungsri (Bank of Ayudhya PCL and its business units) announced the appointment of Ms. Chayathip Phanmanee as the new Head of Krungsri Auto Group, effective from February 5, 2026.
Ms. Chayathip has worked with Krungsri for over 20 years of experience in the automotive finance business. She has played a key role in driving the business to continuous growth with her expertise in risk management, operations, business support, and sales management. This propels Krungsri Auto's steady and solid growth, establishing it to become Thailand's leading auto finance business.
Throughout her career, Ms. Chayathip has led teams and developed strategies to foster strong ongoing relationships with customers and partners. She pioneered proactive risk management, working with marketing and sales teams to develop new business models using in-depth data analysis. This helped expand growth opportunities in the market while maintaining balanced loan portfolio quality amid economic challenges.
Ms. Chayathip also played an important role in guiding the company through the COVID-19 crisis by implementing debt restructuring policies to help affected customers, alongside prudent and disciplined loan portfolio management. As a result, in 2025, Krungsri Auto's insurance products achieved sales of over 3 billion baht, and motorcycle loan products generated sales exceeding 23 billion baht, representing the highest growth rate since the motorcycle finance business was established.
Ms. Chayathip graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Banking from Thammasat University, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from The University of Toledo, USA.
