UOB Thailand, in collaboration with the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) and key ecosystem partners, hosted a knowledge-sharing seminar aimed at supporting the growth of local SMEs in the tourism and dining sectors. The event took place in Pattaya and welcomed numerous local entrepreneurs seeking insights, tools, and strategies to strengthen their business operations in a competitive tourism landscape.

The seminar opened with remarks from the TAT Pattaya Office Director, who shared an overview of Thailand's tourism industry along with TAT's strategic policy framework to support sustainable growth across the sector.

Klook, a global travel and experiences platform and one of UOB BizSmart's key partners, presented consumer behavior trends and digital solutions designed to help local businesses boost customer engagement and drive revenue.

A panel discussion brought together experts from UOB, GHL Freedom World, and MSIG, who explored practical financing, payment, and insurance solutions tailored to meet the needs of small and medium-sized businesses in the tourism ecosystem.
