FirstPoint Enterprise Product Leveraging Cisco? CallManager Recognized for its Contribution to Improving Communications Technology Concerto Software, a leading provider of contact center solutions, announced today that its Internet Protocol (IP) solution, FirstPoint Enterprise product leveraging Cisco CallManager, has been awarded a 2004 Innovation Award from Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC?)’s TMC Labs division.
