SINGHA proud to be part of Phuket King’s Cup Regatta history with fourth year of sponsorship
Mr. Chutchai Wiratyosin, Assistant Vice President, SINGHA Corporation, said, “It is a proud moment for SINGHA to be a part of this prestigious event in honor of His Majesty the King for the 4th consecutive year. This year, as always, we aim to make the beach parties after the race as vibrant and fun as possible for all of the competing sailors and visiting VIP participants. Kevin Whitcraft, President of the Phuket King’s Cup Regatta Organizing Committee, said, “We are delighted to be partner with SINGHA, the leading Thai brand that has become an essential element of the after-race parties. The region’s largest regatta includes dinghies (International Dinghy Classes), keelboats and multihulls amongst its competitive classes, and will feature a Sail Pass to celebrate His Majesty the King's birthday (scheduled to be held on the morning of 5th December). The Royal Awards Ceremony is to be held on 6th December. Competing sailors come from USA, Australia, England, Russia, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, China, and Cyprus, along with renowned Thai sailors of exceptional ability, including Ithinai Yingsiri, Radab Kanjanavanit, MR Biranubongse Bhanubandh and CPO.1 Wiwat Poonpat.
