Mr. Chutchai Wiratyosin, Assistant Vice President, SINGHA Corporation, said, “It is a proud moment for SINGHA to be a part of this prestigious event in honor of His Majesty the King for the 4th consecutive year. This year, as always, we aim to make the beach parties after the race as vibrant and fun as possible for all of the competing sailors and visiting VIP participants. It’s great to be part of this legendary race and equally legendary party series.”
Kevin Whitcraft, President of the Phuket King’s Cup Regatta Organizing Committee, said, “We are delighted to be partner with SINGHA, the leading Thai brand that has become an essential element of the after-race parties. Our guests rely on enjoying excellent hospitality year on year, and having superb sponsors like SINGHA makes it much easier for us to achieve a consistently excellent Regatta. I would like to express my keen appreciation for the time and effort they dedicate to the King’s Cup, and we strongly believe the beach party will be another memorable event as in previous years.”
The region’s largest regatta includes dinghies (International Dinghy Classes), keelboats and multihulls amongst its competitive classes, and will feature a Sail Pass to celebrate His Majesty the King's birthday (scheduled to be held on the morning of 5th December).
