“Live in Levi’s Live on Stage” music challenge campaign

           DKSH, the leading Market Expansion Services provider with focus on Asia and Levi’s® invite bands and singers to showcase their talent in the “Live in Levi’s® Live on Stage” campaign. The top prize includes a music production, a chance to play live on stage with top stars and a trip to Japan to shoot a music video.
          Bangkok, Thailand, September 25, 2014 – DKSH Thailand, the exclusive franchisee and distributor of Levi’s® in Thailand, invites rising star bands and singers to showcase their talent in the new “Live in Levi’s® Live on Stage” music contest campaign. The contest, which runs from September 25 to October 31, 2014, is open to unsigned bands and singers of all ages and to all kind of musical styles.
          To enter, participants must upload the clip of them performing in Levi’s® clothing while they sharing about how they live in Levis® on Youtube and submit the link on www.levisthailand.com/liveinlevis/liveonstage. The best 15 clips will be selected by a jury and announced online on November 4 at www.levisthailand.com/liveinlevis/liveonstage and www.facebook.com/levis. 
          The top-15 acts will be invited to perform with famous stars. Live audition gigs will be held at three Levi’s® Pop-up Live House concert venues – at Talad Rod Fai (November 8), JJ Green (November 15) and at the Skywalk at BTS Chong Nonsi (November 21). Among these gigs, the top six will be chosen based on votes by fans and candidates attending the concerts. The winning acts will play at the grand final concert at Mongkol Studio, RCA on November 29, which also includes performances from Hugo Julak Jakrapong, Pae Arak Amornsupasiri and Flure. The winners can record their own album, play live and shoot a music video in Japan.
          The second and third place winners receive a Levi’s® voucher worth THB 50,000 and THB 30,000, respectively. In addition, the 15 finalists can win the “Popular Vote” award, a THB 20,000 Levi’s® gift voucher, for the video clip that attracts most likes and shares on social media.
