Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa today announced the appointments of Denis Richter as General Manager and Philipp Maus, the Executive Chef.
Denis brings with him 20+ years' experience in the hospitality industry, having spent 7 of those years with Hilton Worldwide in a variety of different properties and positions in Myanmar, Japan, Indonesia and Thailand, to his most recent position as General Manager at Hilton Garden Inn Bali Ngurah Rai Airport.
Chef Philipp has over 14 years' experience in culinary arts. After completing his chef training at Maritim Hotel Ulm, Germany he gained important experience in La Terrasse, 15 points Gault Millau, Scala Restaurant 14 points Gault Millau, Switzerland, before heading to work alongside Michelin Star Chef Jan Van De Voorde at Chalong Beach Hotel & Spa, Phuket.
