F&B Masters is designed to discover the champions of food and beverage within Hilton Worldwide hotels throughout South East Asia & India. The competition is categorized into five different disciplines including culinary, dessert, bar, barista and sommelier challenge. The event aims to encourage Hilton's staff to showcase their skills and creativity in chosen discipline while enjoying an once-in-a-lifetime experience as well.
F&B Masters consists of three rounds of competition; hotel, country and regional as a final round. The first round will be taking place at the hotel level in this September.
