Organised by the Building Inspectors Association and sponsored by the Department of Public Works and Town & Country Planning, the awards recognise building safety in real estate. The BSA Building Safety Awards that Frasers Property Commercial (Thailand) received this time comprise of four Platinum-level awards in the highrise/skyscraper category, which are the Park Ventures Ecoplex, Sathorn Square Office Tower, FYI Center, and Samyan Mitrtown Office Tower. Criteria for the awards included building monitoring, capability, safety, fire hazard management and equipment, as well as rescue and evacuation.
