Frasers Property's exhibition this year showcases the concept of 'Social Value Creation', reflecting the company's role in creating diverse spaces that positively impact people and surrounding communities. Key highlights at the booth include:

1. Experience a cutting-edge journey with AR (Augmented Reality) technology

Visitors will be able to explore the world of Frasers Property through AR, which showcases outstanding projects in Thailand and other markets that deliver value to society in line with Frasers Property's Social Value strategy. The exhibition is presented across six themes, including Opportunities for all, Living well and feeling well, Forging neighbourly ties, Inclusive spaces for everyone, The logistics of wellness, and Spaces that form bonds.

A special feature is the 'Interactive Eco Art Piece', an installation that bridges the real and virtual worlds through AR. The uniquely designed piece reflects the identity and highlights of the projects, which enrich storytelling and enhance the overall exhibition experience.

2. Share your sustainability perspective through a personalised avatar

Frasers Property is engaging visitors with an activity to create digital avatars, designing personalities and styles that reflect their individuality. Visitors are also invited to share sustainability ideas they would like to implement and see realised, whether small everyday actions or new concepts aimed at building a better society and world. Each avatar and idea will be displayed on a large LED Wall, which will aggregate the many views into a collective screen depicting a shared goal of caring for the world and building a sustainable future.

3. Care for the planet with a Zero Waste Booth

Frasers Property places strong emphasis on efficient resource management and its booth at SX2025 similarly reflects its aim of minimising environmental impact. The booth structure incorporates elements such as steel frames, particle boards, and various types of paper, which can be reused, repurposed, or refurbished for future use after the event.

Furthermore, the Interactive Eco Art Piece on display that connects with AR is made from salvaged and recycled materials such as milk cartons, glass pieces, plastic bottles, and clothes. Every detail of the exhibition has been thoughtfully designed to contribute to a better world.

Frasers Property has also lined up a special forum and panel discussions that will engage audiences with a behind-the-scenes look at driving business to develop a balanced and sustainable world.

Panel Discussion: Enhancing Sustainable Living with Green Home Standards

Join Somboon Wasinchutchawal, Chief Financial Officer and Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Residential Business, Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, as he shares insights and approaches to residential development aligned to LEED green building standards.
