Withawat Koottatep, First Executive Vice President of Commercial Development for the commercial business, revealed that the buildings maintaining the highest Platinum level were Park Ventures and Sathorn Square. Meanwhile, properties certified at the Gold level included Samyan Mitrtown, FYI Center, and Silom Edge. These achievements underscore the company's commitment to operating office buildings designed to meet the needs of tenants and building users, both now and in the future.

WiredScore certification serves as independent validation of the digital infrastructure of FPT's office buildings, demonstrating their readiness for future technologies, ability to support business expansion, and enhancement of tenants' long-term competitiveness.
