PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP), represented by Mr. Dittapon Soothi-O-Soth (left), Senior Vice President of the Technology Management Division, received the "Climate Action Excellence" award—the highest honor under the Climate Action Awards 2025—from Mr. Kittiphong Limsuwannarot (right), Executive Board and Chairman of the Climate Change Pillar, Federation of Thai Industries (FTI). The award recognizes PTTEP for its focus on sustainable business practices and its role as a model organization in driving efforts toward net zero greenhouse gas emissions. Key initiatives include the Carbon Capture and Storage (CCS) project at Arthit field and reforestation to expand green areas.
The awards ceremony took place at the CCI Climate Change Forum 2025, organized for the first time by the Climate Change Institute (CCI). The forum served as a platform for exchanging knowledge, best practices, and innovations to tackle climate change, while fostering collaboration in driving Thailand to a low-carbon economy and achieving the net zero emissions target—paving the way for sustainable growth.
