PTT Exploration and Production Public Company Limited (PTTEP) continues to provide support to flood-affected communities in Hat Yai District and other areas of Songkhla Province. Most recently, the company delivered 200 medical oxygen tanks (0.5 cubic meters each) to Songklanagarind Hospital and Hat Yai Hospital. The delivery was carried out in coordination with the Royal Thai Border Patrol Police Headquarters to transport the oxygen tanks into affected areas, helping ensure medical treatment for patients requiring life-support equipment. In addition, PTTEP provided 30 high-pressure water jets to the Royal Thai Navy to support operations during recovery phase.
Throughout this time, PTTEP has urgently contributed to easing the hardships of affected communities. Essential consumer goods were promptly transported by the support of Royal Thai Navy via HTMS Chakri Naruebet. The company has also provided bedding sets, blankets, and clothing to temporary shelter at Prince of Songkla University. Regarding technical operations support, PTTEP, together with its subsidiary AI and Robotics Ventures Company Limited (ARV), deployed delivery drones and surveillance drones, along with specialist teams, to support the operations of the Disaster Relief Center of the 42nd Military Circle in order to access areas that are difficult to reach.
PTTEP remains working closely with all relevant sectors to support recovery efforts and help flood-affected communities return to normal living conditions as quickly as possible.
