PTTEP organizes OpEx Day 2025, advancing operational excellence

PTTEP embraces Operational Excellence as a core enabler of its strategic direction, strengthening the organization from within. The company has also adopted and adapted PTT Group's Operational Excellence Management System (OEMS), which covers multiple elements of operations, to generate measurable value and long-term benefits. This year, PTTEP continues to advance this concept through initiatives such as the GoT SAVE project: managing operations in the Gulf of Thailand to maintain competitive unit cost while supporting PTT Group's EBITDA uplift goals; the Top Side and Jacket Reuse project: repurposing retired offshore platforms to reduce costs and promote efficient resource utilization; the Low-BTU Flare innovation: helping reduce greenhouse gas emissions from petroleum production processes; and the application of AI to streamline procurement processes, reducing lead time and improving accuracy. These initiatives will help strengthen PTTEP's operation in delivering energy security for the country.
