          KSK Insurance (Thailand) Public Co Ltd (KSK Insurance), the Thai insurance arm of Malaysian-based KSK Group Berhad (KSKG), has moved its headquarters to Empire Tower on South Sathorn Road, Central Business District of Bangkok. The new headquarters will provide greater working environment and better accessibility for the 270-strong team as part of KSK Insurance’s commitment to better serve its end customers and business partners.
          “In conjunction with this commitment, we believe that customer service can be greatly enhanced through technology. KSK Insurance started implementing its new e- suite of products starting with its paperless electronic motor insurance policy system allowing all our agents to transact business at any location as long as there is access to the Internet and allowing policies to be issued and renewed on the spotfor customers to receive their motor policies in real time which ultimately brings greater peace of mind to our customers. We believe that a service which is available at anytime, anywhere, through a smartphone, tablet or PC is what customers in Thailand would need and will benefit from in the future as it brings greater peace of mind to them”, says acting-chief executive officer, Mr. Wong Kim Teck.
