Hoyt H. Harper II is Senior Vice President, Brand Management for Starwood Hotels & Resorts for aspects of the Sheraton Hotels & Resorts, Starwood’s largest and most global brand. Harper’s responsibilities include marketing, guest experience management, product development and owner relations. An industry veteran, Harper has more than 25 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry.
During his visit to the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers, Mr. Hoyt H. Harper II and the Management team discussed the new and exciting changes that await the Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel & Towers for the year 2014. One of them being the launch of “the Sheraton Club” experience which offers guests the chance to upgrade to a higher level of comfort and luxury with added benefits. The Sheraton Club, a signature feature of the Sheraton brand, offers a unique and memorable experience where guests are free to discover their own place in a private and exclusive lounge. The Sheraton Club also offers complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea and evening hors d’oeuvres and a variety of beverage options. The Sheraton Club will be launched early 2014.
