          Mr. Kasem Issaraphithakkul, Managing Director of Compact International (1994) Co., Ltd. and the company’s managerial team such as Mr. Meechai Sriwiboon – Research & Development director, Mr. Rungrod - Products Support Supervisor attended SAE Brake Colloquium and Exhibition 2014 on 5-8 October, San Francisco, California, United States of America (USA).
          SAE International, initially established as the Society of Automotive Engineers, is a U.S.-based, globally active professional association and standards organization for engineering professionals in various industries. Principal emphasis is placed on transport industries such as automotive, aerospace, and commercial vehicles. SAE International coordinates the development of technical standards based on best practices identified and described by SAE committees and task forces. Task forces are composed of engineering professionals from relevant fields. SAE International has more than 138,000 members globally. SAE International also devotes resources to projects and programs in STEM education, professional certification, and collegiate design competitions.
          In this seminar, Mr. Meechai Sriwiboon, COMPACT’s representative, as a researcher specializing in braking system had a chance to present the research papers among leading researchers from all over the world on the topic "Influence of Formulation and Process Modifications on Brake Friction, Wear and Squeal: Low-Copper NAOs" which is a successful of the inventions and research of Low Copper Formula.
