Reinforcing Its Responsible Telecom-Tech Leadership Powered by AI-First Innovation to Deliver Sustainable Value for Customers and the Society

True Named Top 1% Most Sustainable Company by S&P Global for the 8th Consecutive Year

At a time when businesses worldwide are raising the bar for sustainability, True Corporation has been ranked among the Top 1% of the world's most sustainable companies in the S&P Global Sustainability Yearbook 2026 for the eighth consecutive year, achieving an outstanding score of 95 out of 100 in the telecommunications industry. The ranking is based on the Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA), which evaluates companies globally across economic, environmental, and social dimensions. This recognition reflects True's strong commitment to responsible business practices across all aspects of its operations and reinforces the company's ongoing transformation toward becoming an AI-First Company. By embedding AI responsibly across its business processes, True is evolving beyond connectivity services to become a leading telecom-tech company, delivering meaningful digital experiences and improving the quality of life for Thai people through its integrated digital ecosystem.

Sigve Brekke, Group CEO of True Corporation Plc., said "In today's increasingly digital world, trust is the foundation of sustainable growth. Technology can truly create value only when people feel confident that digital systems are secure, transparent, and responsible for them. While AI is set to transform every industry, including our telecom-tech industry, AI, used in every business aspect at True, must earn trust. That's why True is introducing one of the first responsible AI policies in Thailand. This is to set a clear standard for how AI is used by our employees and how we serve our individual and enterprise customers. Being ranked among the top 1% of the world's most sustainable companies is not only a global recognition, but also a reflection of our commitment to using technology and AI responsibly to create long-term value for our customers, society, and Thailand."

Elevating Customer Experience and Growth with Trusted Digital Solutions

True is committed to enhancing end-to-end customer experiences, starting with strong digital infrastructure, including the high-performance and reliable True 5G network and TrueOnline broadband. At the same time, the company continues to advance Digital-First experiences across every channel, enabling customers to access services more conveniently, quickly and seamlessly. True is also unlocking new growth opportunities by integrating mobile and home broadband services, while expanding its role as a digital solutions partner for enterprises and SMEs.

Alongside enhancing customer experience, True also places strong emphasis on trust, security, and social responsibility. The company implements strict personal data protection measures, reflected in its outstanding score of 99 out of 100 in the Social dimension of the S&P Global assessment. One notable example is True CyberSafe, an innovation powered by advanced AI that detects more than 7.5 million suspicious times per day, protecting over 50 million users. This initiative helps strengthen digital safety for customers and society at large, at no additional cost.

Accelerating Responsible AI Transformation to Create New Value for Society

True continues to expand the use of artificial intelligence (AI) to create new value for customers while enhancing operational efficiency. This transformation is guided by strong governance principles, ensuring that AI is deployed responsibly and ethically. The company received a score of 93 out of 100 in the Governance dimension under the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment (CSA). True is among the first organizations in Southeast Asia to introduce a Responsible AI (RAI) policy, establishing clear standards to ensure that the use of artificial intelligence within the organization is transparent, accountable, and aligned with human rights principles. In addition, True is collaborating with the education sector to strengthen AI skills among Thai people through initiatives such as True Plookpanya and the CONNEXT ED Foundation, empowering teachers and students to apply AI to create positive impact for schools and local communities.

Technology for the Planet: Driving Toward Net Zero

True leverages the potential of GENIE (Green Energy Network Intelligence), an intelligent network platform that applies AI and Machine Learning to analyze and optimize energy consumption in real time. The system can also anticipate potential issues through predictive maintenance, detecting problems before failures occur and enabling proactive repairs while incorporating automated self-healing capabilities to restore network performance. This approach enhances network efficiency, reduces energy consumption, and strengthens service reliability.

In the Environmental dimension, True works closely with its partners to reduce greenhouse gas emissions across the value chain. In 2025, 100% of key suppliers committed to setting Net Zero targets by 2050. The company has also launched Asia's first "Green Financing Program", enabling partners to access green funding and accelerate the transition to clean energy across the supply chain. For its environmental performance, True achieved a score of 93 out of 100, and its Net Zero 2050 target has been validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi), one of the world's most rigorous international standards for science-based greenhouse gas reduction targets.

The Power of True People Driving Sustainability

All of these achievements are driven by the collective strength of True employees nationwide, supported by continuous development of digital and AI capabilities, strong collaboration across teams, and a corporate culture centered on customer obsession.
