Since Bumrungrad International Hospital have received the COVID-19 vaccine from the Royal Thai Government, Bumrungrad International Hospital had a management plan to facilitate the quick roll-out of further vaccinations throughout the organization. Almost 100% of our doctors have been vaccinated, and over 50% of frontline staff have been vaccinated, including nurses, pharmacists, physical therapists, medical technicians, radiologist, interpreters, orderlies, customer relations and financial officers, maids and others. We fully expect to have 80% of Bumrungrad staff vaccinated by May 2021 and are always ready to fully serve and care for our patients and customers to the best of our ability with the highest standards of patient safety. Also, Bumrungrad is raising awareness about the facts of the COVID-19 vaccine among our employees and among the general public through communications channels. As always, Bumrungrad Hospital is also providing Vitamin C Plus, Vitamin D, Vitamin E, and Zinc to our staff members, who, on most days, must care for large volumes of patients - especially our staff in the following areas: Emergency Room & Ambulance, ICU2, ICU4 Respiratory Care, Special Clinic 2, and the Laboratory to enhance immunity and nourish the body as well.
Bumrungrad International Hospital would like to thank the Royal Thai Government for allocating COVID-19 vaccine supply to the medical and frontline professionals of Bumrungrad - over 2,000 people in all. This action serves to ensure Bumrungrad will continue to safely deliver care to those who need it going forward.
