Bumrungrad International Hospital implemented a successful model of the International Referral Office with the opening of Bumrungrad's Phuket Referral Office, which services the Thai domestic market. The opening of the new Referral Office marked the first time such a facility was located domestically. It serves the people of Phuket and the surrounding provinces, as well as foreign tourists, while meeting Bumrungrad International Hospital standards.
