Central Group Achieves The Best Employer Awards at the Kincentric Best Employers Thailand 2023 Event

The Best Employer Award by Kincentric Thailand focuses on four key factors: Employee Engagement Score, Agility, Engaging Leadership, and Talent Focus. This year, Central Group proudly congratulates Central Marketing Group for securing the Best Employer Award for the 5th consecutive year, Central Pattana for the 3rd consecutive year, and B2S for the 2nd consecutive year. Special congratulations also go to Centara Hotels & Resorts, Supersports, and Tops Daily for earning this recognition for the first time!

During the award ceremony, Mr. Ty Chirathivat, Chief Executive Officer, Brands & Non-Food Group, led the executive team in accepting the prestigious title of Best Employers on behalf of Central Retail. The executive team included Mr. Edwin Yap Hawson, President of Central Marketing Group, Ms. Chitlada Hanvoravongchai, President of B2S and OFM, Mr. Alexandre Hammel, President of CRC Sports, along with Ms. Maytinee Phisutsinthop, Chief Operating Officer - Small Format, Tops Daily.

Mr. Thirayuth Chirathivat, President of Centara Hotels & Resorts, led the management team in receiving the award on behalf of Centara Hotels & Resorts, while Mr. Wuttikiat Techamongklapiwat, Head of Community Mall and International Business Development at Central Pattana, represented Central Pattana in accepting the award.

In addition to the Best Employers Award 2023, B2S and Tops Daily were also recognized with the Special Recognition title of Engaging Leaders, acknowledging their commitment to leadership within their organizations. This recognition was based on survey scores related to Leadership dimensions and the Leader's Vision. Ms. Rotjana Pranchoy, Head of HRBP, B2S & OfficeMate, Ms. Maytinee Phisutsinthop, Chief Operating Officer - Small Format, Tops Daily, accepted the certificates of honor on behalf of both business groups.
