The initial phase of this collaboration will focus on maintaining and enhancing service quality for existing customers under contract with FUJIFILM, while also laying the groundwork to support future business expansion.

As the Authorized Service Provider, Friend OA Center will cover six provinces: Samut Songkhram, Suphan Buri, Kanchanaburi, Ratchaburi, Phetchaburi, and Prachuap Khiri Khan. Their services will encompass repairs, maintenance, and expert consultations on the use of Fujifilm office equipment and products. All services will be carried out by a team of professionals who have undergone rigorous training to meet Fujifilm's stringent standards.
This initiative is designed to deliver robust support to the business partners, enhancing the service quality provided to customers of Fujifilm Business Innovation products. S.K. OA Center Co., Ltd., the first comprehensive business partner appointed in 2023, serves 23 provinces in the North and Central regions, while Ubon Ifec Limited, appointed earlier this year, covers 10 provinces in the lower Northeastern region. The addition of Friend OA Center further extends Fujifilm's coverage to an additional 6 provinces. The initial phase of this collaboration will focus on maintaining and enhancing service quality for existing customers under contract with FUJIFILM, with plans to support future business expansion. This approach underscores the company's ongoing commitment to delivering exceptional service across Thailand.
