Bangchak Rises to No. 6 in the Top Companies Most Desired by Young People

Mrs. Ratrimani Pasiphol, Senior Executive Vice President, Corporate Management and Organization Development, Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited, accepted the Top 50 Companies in Thailand 2025 award, recognizing the companies most desired by young people. This year, Bangchak rose to 6th place in a survey conducted with more than 12,000 young people aged 20-35 years by WorkVenture Technologies. Mr. Jens Pold, Chief Executive Officer, WorkVenture Technologies Company Limited, presented the award.

Bangchak has been recognized among the Top 50 Best Employers for the new generation since 2018 and has been in the Top 20 since 2022, consistently improving its ranking each year. The company placed 17th in 2022, 12th in 2023, 10th in 2024, and 6th this year. This reflects its commitment to caring for and developing the potential of its human resources with the "100x Happiness" approach, which emphasizes creating a hundredfold happiness for employees while fostering sustainable organization growth toward the goal of becoming a beyond 100-year organization or Bangchak100x.

The survey also highlights the contributions from Bangchak employees, who have helped shape the company's positive image among the new generation. The Top 50 Employers in Thailand survey collected responses from 12,559 participants aged 22-35 who graduated with a bachelor's degree or higher and lived in Bangkok and the surrounding areas.
