Krungthai Card Public Company Limited (KTC) has once again been recognized as Thailand's Top Corporate Brand Value 2024 in the finance and securities sector, securing the highest brand value of 92,847 million baht. This marks the sixth consecutive year KTC has earned this prestigious honor. The award was presented to Mrs. Pittaya Vorapanyasakul, President & CEO of KTC, by Professor Dr. Wilert Puriwat, President of Chulalongkorn University, at a special ceremony held at the university's auditorium on Phaya Thai Road.
"We're deeply grateful to Chulalongkorn University for this incredible recognition," said Mrs. Pittaya. "This award is a testament to KTC's ongoing commitment to building a brand that is trusted and valued by our members. Since day one, we've made it our mission to truly understand the needs of our customers and provide them with meaningful value. As we move forward in this fast-paced digital age, we remain focused on being a digital-first organization, constantly evolving and improving to deliver the best possible experiences for all our members."
The ASEAN and Thailand's Top Corporate Brand awards are based on research led by Chulalongkorn University's Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy, spearheaded by Emeritus Professor Dr. Guntalee Ruenrom and Assistant Professor Dr. Ake Pattaratanakun. This research introduces the CBS Valuation (Corporate Brand Success Valuation) method, which combines finance, accounting, and marketing insights to assign a financial value to a brand, providing a clear, unbiased view of a company's true worth.
The awards celebrate companies that excel in product and service quality, customer trust, effective marketing, and governance. KTC's consistent focus on social responsibility, innovation, and maintaining strong relationships with its members has been key in maintaining its top position.
