Absolute Hotel Services Celebrates Signing Ceremony for U Khao Chi Chan Pattaya

Strategically located in the Khao Chi Chan area, the property will feature approximately 161 rooms, extensive event spaces, and a range of upscale amenities. The development will open in phases, with lakeside accommodations and event facilities launching in late 2025, followed by the mountain-side hotel in 2029.

The hotel will operate under the U Hotels & Resorts brand and be part of a larger mixed-use complex branded as One Chi Chan. The project reflects a shared vision to create a serene, culturally rich destination that blends modern hospitality with the region's natural beauty.
