Absolute Hotel Services MEA Announces Handover of U Sahl Hasheesh, Marking Third Signing in Egypt and MEA Region

Located on the Red Sea coastline in Sahl Hasheesh, Hurghada, U Sahl Hasheesh is a new-build, mixed-use beachfront development in one of Egypt's most established year-round leisure destinations. The area has long attracted European, Russian, and international travellers with its pristine beaches, vibrant nightlife, diverse dining options, calm waters, and world-class coral reefs, which are ideal for water sports such as scuba diving.

The property will feature 257 units, comprising 68 hotel rooms and 189 branded residences. As a greenfield beachfront project, U Sahl Hasheesh is designed to deliver a contemporary hospitality and lifestyle experience, seamlessly combining hotel services with residential living.

Scheduled to open in 2028, the development will offer a comprehensive range of facilities, including food and beverage outlets, a fitness centre, swimming pool, and additional services tailored to both guests and residents, as agreed between the owner and operator.
