Bolt becomes the first ride-hailing platform in Thailand to offer flight tracking for scheduled rides

With tourism generating over 1.2 trillion baht in 2024, ensuring smooth and reliable airport transfers has never been more essential.

How It Works:

• Customers tap the 'Schedule' button and enter their pick-up location (arrival airport) and destination as usual.
• They select 'Add flight details' and enter their flight's landing date, flight number, airline, or departure city.
• Customers also choose how long after landing they'd like to be picked up.
• Bolt automatically adjusts the trip if the flight is delayed or cancelled.

This feature is particularly valuable in Thailand, where high travel demand, peak tourist seasons, and unpredictable weather frequently lead to flight delays. With Flight Tracking, travellers can land stress-free, knowing their ride will be automatically adjusted if their flight is delayed or cancelled. Whether arriving at Suvarnabhumi (BKK), Don Mueang (DMK), or Phuket (HKT), customers can count on a hassle-free airport pick-up. Plus, with Bolt's extended Scheduled Rides booking window, travellers can pre-book their airport ride up to 90 days in advance and as little as 30 minutes before they need a ride, ensuring a seamless start to their journey.
