In response, the company swiftly implemented proactive measures by deploying teams of engineers and personnel to conduct urgent inspections of all projects under THE TITLE brand. TITLE's developments are strategically located in high-potential areas, including Nai Yang, Bang Tao, Kata, and Rawai, consisting of 12 low-rise condominium projects. Currently, 6 projects are completed and occupied, while 6 are under construction. Following thorough inspections, all projects have been confirmed to be structurally robust, safe, and unaffected by the earthquake, meeting engineering standards.
