ThaiNamthip Coca-Cola Honored with Outstanding Organization Award for Gender Equality and Rights Protection from MSDHS on International Women's Day

This recognition underscores the company's commitment to being a leading beverage company in Thailand by fostering a corporate culture that prioritizes diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB), while making a difference for employees, customers, communities, and planet.

Ms. Charaspak Karnplumchit, Senior Vice President, Human Resources, ThaiNamthip Corporation Public Company Limited, the bottling partner of The Coca-Cola Company in Thailand, said: "ThaiNamthip Coca-Cola is deeply honored to be recognized as an outstanding organization for promoting gender equality and protecting rights on International Women's Day. This recognition reflects the success of our commitment to building an inclusive workplace that supports equality, as we embrace the potential of people from diverse backgrounds, regardless of gender.

This begins within our organization, where clear policies and strategies are in place to actively promote gender equality and drive employee development and growth. Currently, 45% of our managerial-level and above positions are held by women, with a target to increase this proportion to half by 2030. We have also enhanced our office environment through workplace renovations designed to support well-being and respond to employee feedback, fostering a safe, supportive, and inclusive workplace for all genders.

We continue to cultivate a strong organizational culture and leadership development programs that prioritize DEIB (Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging), alongside ongoing employee engagement initiatives that strengthen inclusion and a sense of belonging. Beyond our organization, we extend these values through social initiatives, including activities that support vulnerable women and programs that promote skills development and career opportunities.

In addition, we actively drive awareness of gender equality through collaborations with external partners, such as supporting Pride Month activities.
