SET unveils 19 CEO finalists for SET Awards 2025 with winners to be announced on October 30

SET President Asadej Kongsiri emphasized that the SET Awards ceremony represents a landmark annual event celebrating the outstanding achievements of listed companies, securities firms, asset management companies, financial advisory firms, real estate investment trusts (REITs), and top leaders of listed companies. These awards recognize organizations and leaders who exemplify excellence in organizational transformation, innovation, and financial performance, while maintaining responsibility toward stakeholders to foster long-term growth and sustainability.

"The shortlisted nominees for SET Awards 2025 include 19 CEOs, 92 companies for the Business Excellence Awards, and 45 companies for the Sustainability Excellence Awards. Under the Business Excellence category, listed companies have demonstrated strong interest in innovation initiatives, innovation management programs, and investor relations development, as evidenced by a significant increase in their submissions. This reflects these companies' unwavering commitment to operational excellence, a vision that resonates with SET's five-decade mission to empower Thailand's business sector and capital market stakeholders toward collaborative and mutual growth," Asadej noted.

Notably, this year's Best Securities Awards will introduce a new category "Digital Wealth Service" to celebrate securities companies demonstrating exceptional innovation in developing digital service platforms that are tailored to evolving retail investor behaviors and preferences.

The SET Awards are divided into two main categories: Business Excellence Awards and Sustainability Excellence Awards. The Business Excellence Awards category recognizes companies with excellence in business performance, internal mechanisms to drive continuous innovation, and outstanding financial transactions in the capital market. The Sustainability Excellence Awards category honors companies pursuing robust and sustainable business growth with a strong focus on environmental, social and governance (ESG) covenants. In addition, individuals and companies maintaining consistent excellence for three consecutive years or more will earn the esteemed SET Awards of Honor.
