Favola at Le Meridien Bangkok, Suvarnabhumi welcomes the harvest season with a specially curated autumn menu available until December 2025. The 'Autumn Trio' collection showcases black truffle, porcini mushrooms and homemade gnocchi, prepared with authentic Italian techniques by Chef Stefano from Como.

The seasonal selection features eight distinctive dishes that capture the spirit of Italian harvest traditions. Highlights include beef tartare with hazelnut and truffle on marrow bone, pan-seared cod fish with porcini cream and truffle, and wagyu cube on red wine reduction with a quenelle of potatoes and truffle. The scallop arrives pan-seared atop velvety chestnut cream with chips of guanciale and truffle, whilst the ravioli is filled with wild boar and enhanced by Parmesan fondue and truffle.
The gnocchi selection offers three tempting variations: Gnocchi Speck & Zola in creamy Gorgonzola sauce, the classic Gnocchi alla Sorrentina baked with tomato sauce, basil and mozzarella, and Gnocchi Favola with sauteed porcini mushrooms and Italian sausage in light cream. Select dishes incorporate Chef Stefano's signature homemade dry-aged wagyu beef.
Priced from THB 620++ per dish, the menu is available in Favola's romantic setting amidst the lush nature of this five-star resort, complete with stunning night golf views. The restaurant also offers a private dining room accommodating up to 16 guests, paired with top-notch service that makes every visit memorable.
