Mr. Vasin Udomratchatavanich, Ph.D., Krungsri Chief Human Resources Officer, stated, "Krungsri recognizes the importance of developing the next generation, especially their digital skills, which are crucial for future growth. Beyond strengthening our business, this partnership focuses on creating opportunities for meaningful learning and careers that add tangible value to both our young people and to Thai society as a whole."

This collaboration seamlessly integrates academic knowledge with real-world business practice. Students enrolled in the program will gain extensive hands-on experience through internships and cooperative education programs at Krungsri, allowing them to immediately learn, develop skills, and explore career paths. They will also be challenged in real-world scenarios through business competitions (Case Competitions) and Hackathons. Furthermore, Krungsri experts will actively mentor students through guest lectures and in-class engagements, sharing knowledge and inspiration. The initiative focuses on equipping graduates not just with technical expertise, but also with essential social skills and leadership qualities necessary to thrive in today's highly competitive digital economy.

Associate Professor Witaya Wannasuphoprasit, Ph.D., Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, Chulalongkorn University said, "The Faculty of Engineering at Chulalongkorn University is committed to developing curricula and teaching methods that respond to the rapid changes of the digital age and the evolving needs of Thailand's labor market. We are therefore delighted to collaborate with Krungsri in cultivating high-quality youths equipped with the knowledge and skills essential for success in the digital economy. Through this program, students will not only gain academic knowledge in the classroom but also benefit from direct, hands-on experience with industry experts, an invaluable complement to their learning that will greatly enhance their readiness for future careers."

By joining the academic and business sectors, this initiative will become a vital driving force, producing the quality digital personnel necessary to support Thailand's sustainable economic and innovation growth.
