Great News! ODOS Summer Camp 2026 Ready to Open Applications on 1 September

Asst. Prof. Dr. Nuttapon Nimmanphatcharin, President/CEO of the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa), revealed that following excellent response from Thai youth in all regions throughout the country, the ODOS Summer Camp - Camp of Summer Opportunities programme operated by the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society through depa is prepared to open applications for Thai youth to join ODOS Summer Camp 2026 simultaneously on Monday, 1 September, through the 'Tang Rath' application.

"ODOS Summer Camp 2026 is scheduled to open applications from 1 September to 16 November 2025 and will depart during March - May 2026, which coincides with Thailand's summer school holidays. The ODOS Summer Camp 2026 programme represents an opportunity for Thai youth from all groups in all regions throughout the country to study at leading universities and gain experience from technology companies in various countries around the world for a period of 5-6 weeks. The programme aims to provide participants with essential knowledge and skills while gaining experience of living abroad to broaden their perspectives before returning to share and pass on their experiences to peers and fellow citizens, serving as inspiration and creating tremendous momentum for the country. At the same time, these experiences will serve as valuable capital for their future life journeys," said the President/CEO of depa.

Dr. Warin Ratchananusorn, Acting Senior Executive Vice President of depa serving as ODOS Summer Camp Project Director, stated that ODOS Summer Camp 2026 will provide opportunities for upper secondary school students and vocational certificate (Vocational Certificate) students, as well as higher vocational certificate (Higher Vocational Certificate) first-year students and first-year university students aged between 16-20 years old as of the date applicants submit their applications through the Tang Rath government application. Participants from 878 districts nationwide and 50 areas in Bangkok, totalling 928 scholarships, will have the opportunity to experience living and studying abroad while upgrading their digital skills from technology owners - global technology companies in areas such as AI technology, Machine Learning, Cloud Computing, Quantum Computing, and more. The programme will help participants find inspiration and continue towards choosing higher-level academic paths, as well as future careers or professions. ODOS Summer Camp 2026 will help create a new generation of human resources who will become vital forces in driving the country's economy and society forward.
