Thailand is preparing to welcome over 2,500 global water experts from 90 countries to the IWA Water and Development Congress & Exhibition 2025. The event will take place from December 8-12, 2025, at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center (QSNCC), with the goal of driving cooperation in water, sanitation, innovation, and public utility development in low- and middle-income countries worldwide.

Organized by the International Water Association (IWA), co-hosted with the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) and supported by both domestic and international partners, this event marks one of the world's largest platforms for water conferences and exhibitions. It is being held in Thailand for the first time under the theme "Water, Sanitation, and Innovation - Pathways to Progress and a Resilient Future," focusing on innovations to tackle future water challenges.

A Gathering of Global Experts and Cutting-Edge Innovation

Throughout the exhibition period from December 8 - 12, 2025, attendees will encounter leading organizations in water, wastewater management technology, sanitation systems, water restoration, and digital technologies from across continents. The event provides opportunities to network with engineers, policymakers, entrepreneurs, international research institutes, development banks, and global funding organizations and foundations such as the Asian Development Bank, Gates Foundation and World Bank, among others.
