This seasonal showcase features the famous Nakhon Nayok marian plum—a fruit with GI (Geographical Indication) status—reimagined into 5 unique dishes that perfectly balance traditional Chinese flavors with seasonal freshness.

For this exclusive series, Xian Yuan is dedicated to sourcing top-tier ingredients from original locales to provide a novel gastronomic experience. Prices start at just 148 THB, with the following highlights:

  • Roasted Peking Duck with Marian Plum (1,988 THB): Premium crispy duck skin served with fresh marian plum pulp and the restaurant's signature secret sauce.
  • Crispy Net Spring Roll Salad with Shrimp and Marian Plum (488 THB): A premium appetizer emphasizing freshness from the fruit and succulent shrimp.
