BLAND announces dividend of 0.0125 baht per share at its 54th annual general meeting of shareholders

Press Releases »

Bangkok, July 16, 2026: Bangkok Land Public Company Limited (BLAND), led by Khun Peter Kanjanapas, Chairman, held its virtual annual general meeting of shareholders for 2026. During the meeting, the company reported that its financial performance had grown compared to the previous year, reflecting a robust investment portfolio and effective diversification strategy. To deliver appropriate returns to shareholders while reinforcing confidence in its long-term stability and business potential, the company will pay a dividend of 0.0125 baht per share. The announced dividend was proposed for approval at its 54th shareholder meeting today. This resilient performance comes despite a fragile global economic landscape exacerbated by international conflicts, particularly tensions in the Strait of Hormuz, which have driven up global energy prices, inflation, and the cost of living.

BLAND announces dividend of 0.0125 baht per share at its 54th annual general meeting of shareholders

Khun Peter Kanjanapas, Chairman of Bangkok Land Public Company Limited (BLAND), said, "Despite facing multifaceted challenges, BLAND continues to relentlessly drive business development. We have maintained our financial strength by strategically shifting our focus from developing properties for sale toward generating recurring income from a more diverse and stable range of assets. One of our core strengths is our 49.33% stake in IMPACT GROWTH REIT, alongside our office building rental business, which maintains a high average occupancy rate of 70-80%, largely secured under long-term leases. Furthermore, our retail centers and residential rental projects have gained increased traction, bolstered by the upcoming opening of Silpakorn University's new City Campus. Concurrently, our hotel business continues to deliver outstanding performance, driven by a steady pipeline of concerts and events held at the IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center in Muang Thong Thani. These factors collectively ensure stable cash flow and sustainable growth for the company."

Strategic Direction and Future Innovation

While the company focuses on expanding its recurring income base, BLAND remains fully committed to driving its property development for sale. The company firmly believes that "Muang Thong Thani" holds immense potential for long-term growth. Key growth catalysts include the launch of the Pink Line extension directly into Muang Thong Thani. Over the past year, the extension, which comprises two stations, recorded 1.59 million commuters, averaging over 122,000 passengers per month. Combined with an expressway network connected directly to the area, this infrastructure significantly enhances transit convenience, positioning Muang Thong Thani as a prime destination for both residents and visitors.

MOU Signed with EHang

In a significant leap forward in innovation, BLAND has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with EHang Holdings Limited, a global leader in Urban Air Mobility (UAM) technology. EHang has selected Muang Thong Thani as its first pilot site in Thailand to introduce autonomous passenger drones, or electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing aircraft (eVTOLs). The company is confident that this partnership will serve as a vital strategic milestone, transforming Muang Thong Thani into one of the country's most advanced transportation hubs.

Catalysts Driving Demand in Muang Thong Thani

Beyond infrastructure development and new innovations, the education sector is a powerful driver of sustained demand in Muang Thong Thani. Silpakorn University is scheduled to open its new City Campus building in 2026, which is expected to welcome approximately 1,400 Thai and international students in its first year, scaling up to around 5,000 students within the next 5 years. This development has catalyzed demand for housing, investments, and hospitality services in the area, significantly boosting interest in projects such as Mori Condominium and Double Lake Condominium among investors and tenants alike.

Most recently, the company has reinforced its long-term commitment to the growth of Muang Thong Thani through a strategic collaboration with AIS to develop the 4,000-rai township under the concept of "Muang Thong NEXT: Smart & Connected City." The initiative leverages advanced digital technologies, including 5G Advanced, AI, Cloud, and Data Center solutions, to create a seamlessly connected urban ecosystem that integrates living, working, learning, and entertainment. By enhancing convenience, efficiency, and quality of life for residents and visitors, the project further strengthens Muang Thong Thani's position as a model smart city of the future—ready to support the expansion of the digital economy while creating sustainable long-term value for businesses, investors, and the wider community.

"Although current economic and market conditions remain challenging, I am highly confident in our readiness and capability to navigate uncertainties. The ongoing projects and new developments will serve as powerful engines driving BLAND toward strong and sustainable growth. We will continue to operate with prudence while delivering long-term value to our shareholders, investors, and all stakeholders," Khun Peter concluded.
