Tokio Marine Life Insurance (Thailand) has expanded its Cashless Claim network to 1,222 medical facilities nationwide through the iClaim system. The service supports eligible policyholders with cashless access to both inpatient (IPD) and outpatient (OPD) treatment at participating healthcare facilities.

Mr. Takashi Saito, CEO of Tokio Marine Life Insurance (Thailand) Public Company Limited, announced the continued expansion of the company's cashless claims network through the iClaim platform, reinforcing its commitment to improving access to healthcare services and delivering greater convenience to policyholders.

The company currently provides cashless claims services through a nationwide network of 1,222 medical facilities,* including 742 public healthcare institutions.* Among these, 464 public hospitals* are already connected to the iClaim platform and fully operational, enabling eligible policyholders to receive treatment without having to make advance payments.

This initiative reflects Tokio Marine Life Insurance's dedication to supporting Thailand's public healthcare objectives and reducing the financial burden on patients during medical treatment. By leveraging digital technology to connect hospitals and insurers, the iClaim platform streamlines benefit verification and claims assessment processes, making the healthcare experience faster and more seamless.

The network covers community hospitals, general hospitals, and regional medical centers across the country, including leading institutions such as Siriraj Hospital, Ramathibodi Hospital, King Chulalongkorn Memorial Hospital, Rajavithi Hospital, Maharaj Nakorn Chiang Mai Hospital, Srinagarind Hospital, Songklanagarind Hospital, and Thammasat University Hospital, many of which also support online service capabilities.

Supporting both inpatient (IPD) and outpatient (OPD) services, the iClaim platform represents another significant step forward in advancing Thailand's health insurance ecosystem through digital innovation.
