"Mother's Day is one of the most special celebrations in our culture, and food has always been a way to express love and gratitude," says Chef Ian Kittichai. "With this special Sumrub, we wanted to bring families together over dishes that feel comforting, prepared with care, passion, and uncompromising quality that define Khum Hom."

The journey begins with Kang Kao Puek — deep-fried shrimp delicately combined with taro, palm sugar, and coconut, a refined royal snack that opens the meal with quiet elegance. The second course, Yum Chom Phu, brings a refreshing rose apple salad to the table — white shrimp, pomelo, pomegranate, shallot, red chilli, and roasted coconut flakes united in a vibrant, aromatic harmony.

The meal continues with the third course presenting Gaeng Ran Juan Seekrong Mhoo — a time-honoured pork rib curry with lotus stem and fried lotus root, a recipe rarely found on Bangkok tables today. For the main course, Gaeng Hoi Sapparod showcases premium scallop and mussels simmered in a fragrant curry with Sriracha pineapple and sun-dried shrimp, served alongside steamed jasmine rice — a beautifully balanced celebration of Thailand's coastal bounty.

The journey will reach its sweet conclusion with Kanom Ko Sai I-Tim — a delicate sweet dumpling filled with Mahachanok mango ice cream and young coconut, a dessert as memorable as the occasion it honours. As a special gesture for Mother's Day, every guest who orders the set menu will receive a complimentary Dok Mali Yokmanee — Chef Ian's exquisite, layered jasmine dessert — adding one final, fragrant expression of care to the evening.
