One of the Company's flagship developments, JW Marriott Hotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 24, located in the heart of Bangkok's Sukhumvit district, is currently preparing its Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report. The Company expects to submit the report to the Office of Natural Resources and Environmental Policy and Planning (ONEP) for review by November 2026. The project represents another important step in BC's commitment to delivering world-class luxury hospitality that meets the needs of both international leisure travelers and business guests.
At the same time, Moevenpick Resort Kamala Beach Phuket, situated on Kamala Beach in Phuket Province, together with the Sukhumvit Soi 5 project in Bangkok, continues to progress according to schedule. Both properties are targeted to open in late 2026, strategically aligning with Thailand's peak tourism season (High Season) and the continued recovery in both domestic and international travel demand. These developments will further strengthen BC's hospitality portfolio in two of the country's most important tourism destinations.
