Immigration Bureau Warns of Rising In-Flight Credit Card Theft Over 80 Cases Reported, Losses Exceed THB 8 Million; KTC Urges Travelers to Use App-Based Controls

Thailand's Immigration Bureau has issued a warning to travelers following a rise in credit card theft during flights, with more than 80 cases reported and total losses exceeding THB 8 million. Most incidents have occurred on short-haul international routes of less than three hours, based on data compiled from 18 financial institutions.
