Deluxe Foie Gras delicacies include specialties such as saffron bone marrow risotto served with pan-fried foie gras herbs reduction (THB 790++), braised lentil with root vegetable, tomato and red wine served with seared foie gras (THB 850++), baby spinach salad with roasted foie gras served with sautéed Porcini mushrooms truffle balsamic dressing (THB 895++) and homemade foie gras terrine with duck comfit and pistachio Marsala and fig jelly served with Rocket bouquet toasted brioche (THB 930++).
Don Giovanni, a charming Italian trattoria, is named after Mozart’s most famous opera, and its ambience springs from a warm-hearted love of life. An Italian master chef prepares specials for lunch and dinner. Here the pasta is homemade and the sauces are wonderfully Italian. A variety of excellent Italian wines and spirits is available to complement every meal.
