นายคีรี กาญจนพาสน์ (กลาง) ประธานกรรมการ พร้อมด้วยคณะกรรมการและคณะผู้บริหาร บมจ.วี จี ไอ โกลบอล มีเดีย หรือ VGI เข้าร่วมการประชุมวิสามัญผู้ถือหุ้นครั้งที่ 2/2559 ณ โรงแรมอีสติน แกรนด์ สาทร กรุงเทพฯ โดยที่ประชุมมีมติอนุมัติการเข้าซื้อหุ้นสามัญร้อยละ 90 ของบริษัท บีเอสเอส โฮลดิ้งส์ จำกัด หรือ BSSH จาก บมจ.บีทีเอส กรุ๊ป โฮลดิ้งส์ และซื้อหุ้นสามัญร้อยละ 90 ในบริษัท บางกอก สมาร์ทการ์ด ซิสเทม จำกัด (BSS) จากบริษัท ระบบขนส่งมวลชนกรุงเทพ จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ BTSC โดย BSSH และ BSS เป็นผู้ให้บริการบัตร Rabbit, ธุรกิจ e-wallet ผ่านการให้บริการ Rabbit LINE Pay และ ธุรกิจออนไลน์อื่นๆ ผ่านแรบบิท อินเตอร์เน็ต ซึ่งเป็นไปตามแผนยุทธศาสตร์ของ VGI ที่ต้องการมุ่งไปสู่การดำเนินธุรกิจการเป็น Data-Centric Media Hypermarket อย่างสมบูรณ์แบบในอนาคตอันใกล้

Informa Markets Thailand has announced the success of ProPak Asia 2026, which attracted more than 80,000 visitors globally and generated over 5.5 billion baht in trade and business negotiations. The event reinforced Thailand's position as Asia's strategic hub for manufacturing, innovation, and food, beverage, and packaging technologies. The organizer also announced plans to elevate the 2027 edition into a world-class comprehensive exhibition by co-locating with Asian Paper Bangkok and LOUPE
