Bangkok Trading Post to open new deli-style eatery at The Mercury Ville @ Chidlom

          Bangkok Trading Post is adding another location to complement its current branches at the luxury boutique hotel 137 Pillars Suites & Residences Bangkok on Sukhumvit Soi 39 and the Market Place Nanglinchee. All set to open in July, the new Bangkok Trading Post Deli is located at The Mercury Ville @ Chidlom next to the Chidlom BTS station.
          The extraordinary success of the two bistros in the residential districts of Sukhumvit 39 and Nanglinchee that have connected the neighbourhood and beyond with their East-meets-West menus, encouraged the owners to create the self-service Bangkok Trading Post Deli brand for the central business district and deliver an exceptional all-day dining experience for urban people with trendy lifestyles, as well as company executives and office-goers in the area.
          Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, the casual menu features many new Thai dishes created for urban diners as well as international dishes crafted from local ingredients and other premium quality products from around the world. The new deli-style eatery shares the same design DNA as the other branches with interiors by the award-winning Santhaya & Associates. 
          Diners can start their day with fresh croissants, sausage rolls or avocado and scrambled eggs on toasts, or even mixed berry waffles with fresh cream. Sandwiches such as prawn & avocado, bacon & cheese and eggs & cress prepared a la minute will keep them going through the workday. 
          The lunch and dinner sections feature a delicious range of appetisers, healthy salads and one-plate meals, including three original dishes: Lanna Pizza with Chiang Mai sausage, Nam Prik Ong & cheese, Tuna Tataki, and Garlic & Chilli Black Angel Hair Pasta. Fans of Thai cuisine can enjoy new takes on all-time favourite dishes such as Krapao Gai/Moo on a soft omelette with rice, Kao Na Gai, Phad Thai Goong with Pork Crackling, Tom Yum Goong, and much more. The international section of the menu includes Spaghetti with clams and white wine, Steak Frites, and other Western favourites. 
          The drinks list features specialty brews from Roots coffee beans, including signature blends such as Creme Brulee, Hojicha Roasted Tea and Coffee, and the Miso Salted Caramel Latte. In addition to freshly squeezed juices, and best-selling smoothies such Power Blue and Much More Mango, a range of newly developed ice teas created from organic Monsoon Teas and four new flavours of the popular Bubble Tea will also be on offer.

          On the opening day, 1 July 2019, the first customer at Bangkok Trading Post Deli will receive a complimentary item daily from the Deli Selection until 31 December 2019. The next 30 customers will get a complimentary coffee daily until the end of July 2019.
