In honour of the Thai Mother's Day on 12 August and Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother's birthday, our pastry chefs have created a very special Bomboloni Doughnut to help you celebrate with the most important person in the world.

Our "Poached Pear and Chestnut Mont Blanc Bomboloni" has been created with international flair including marron paste imported from France, choice pears imported from Australia and a delectable assortment of premium sourced eggs, cream, milk, vanilla beans and butter. Rather than making the standard marron paste as a filling, the chefs decided to add caramel poached pears infused with vanilla beans into the equation in order to add a delicate yet fruity sense that lightens the nutty taste of the traditional Mont Blanc. Candied-pear slices are placed on top of the Bomboloni with edible gold flakes. This scrumptious Mother's Day gift will truly show your mother how much you care.

Priced at THB 299 plus tax per piece (one pound), this eye-catching treat is available for the entire month of August with sales commencing on 04 August. Only 10 pieces are made daily so a minimum one-day pre-order is recommended.
