นายโยธิน เนื่องจำนงค์ (กลาง) ประธานกรรมการ นายกิติพัฒก์ เนื่องจำนงค์ (ขวา) ประธานเจ้าหน้าที่บริหารและกรรมการผู้จัดการ และนายสุชาติ ธรรมาพิทักษ์กุล (ซ้าย) กรรมการอิสระและประธานกรรมการตรวจสอบ บริษัท โมเดอร์นฟอร์มกรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน) หรือ MODERN พร้อมด้วยคณะกรรมการบริษัท ร่วมประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้น ประจำปี 2567 โดยผู้ถือหุ้นได้พิจารณารับทราบผลการดำเนินงานของบริษัทฯ และมีมติเห็นชอบให้ผ่านทุกวาระ พร้อมทั้งอนุมัติจ่ายเงินปันผลสำหรับผลการดำเนินงานงวดวันที่ 1 มกราคม ถึงวันที่ 31 ธันวาคม 2566 ในอัตราหุ้นละ 0.09 บาท กำหนดจ่ายเงินปันผลให้กับผู้ถือหุ้นในวันที่ 17 พฤษภาคม 2567 งานประชุมจัดขึ้น ณ ห้องประชุมศรีนครินทร์ 1 โรงแรมดุสิต ปริ๊นเซส ศรีนครินทร์ เมื่อเร็ว ๆ นี้
