British Ambassador Announces Ploenchit Fair 2007

The legendary Ploenchit Fair is a one day fun fair held annually and organized by the British Community in Thailand for the Needy (BCTFN) to promote goodwill and collect donations for different foundations in Thailand. The Ambassador, who is soon to retire, was keen to express his support and request cooperation from all parties. Mrs. Carolyn Tarrant, MBE, President of the BCTFN, announced that this year's Ploenchit Fair will held on the grounds of the Shrewsbury International School. Proceeds from the Ploenchit Fair are administered by the BCTFN and distributed to charitable organizations throughout the country. Since the year 2000 over 35 million Baht has been raised and distributed. So make sure you come down and join us for a great day out for a good cause!
