Ploenchit Fair is arguably the largest Fair in Asia, is a traditional day for all the family and has been one of the biggest events of the social calendar in Bangkok since it was first held in the British Embassy in 1957. Everybody goes to the Ploenchit Fair – there is something for all – and with thousands of prizes to be won you can go home rich in the knowledge that every baht you spend will go towards those less fortunate.

For Kids - Once again we will have the all-time favourites, Hands Spin Boats, Slip & Slide, Shooting Gallery, Water Roller Ball, the Happy Train and the Bungy Jump, as well as many games stalls, the Colouring Competition, Clown Eckie, our Ploenchit Clown, and Father Christmas who will be paying an early visit to the Fair for our younger members. This year we also have a real red London Bus!

For Dads - All the usual old favourites are confirmed, the Coconut Shy, Standard Chartered Bank's Water Splash and Golf to name but a few. Nestle's Treasure Island will be full of great prizes and Castrol Motor Sports has games for all the family. For speed Dads, Triumph motorbikes to gaze upon and wish. The British Chamber will be manning their stall, the Grand Raffle, which this year will have 80 top prizes to be won including tickets to London!!!

For Mums -The Petticoat Lane bazaar, some 50 shopping outlets along with our usual Charity stalls selling their wares, offer a vast array of different products for all your Christmas gifts and needs – services, handicrafts and 'bits of nonsense'. Tesco will have their 'Finest' range available and Boots, our favourite High Street chemists, will have their range of tempting toiletries and cosmetics. When exhaustion overtakes after the shopping, you can leave your purchases with Left Luggage, enjoy a lovely cream tea at the brand new BWG Tea Garden and even have a foot massage before heading to the stage area for the entertainment programme from lunchtime onwards.

Our Cuisine -This year we have a variety of tempting foods - Fish & Chips, Masala Art, Sunrise Tacos, Thai food and all sorts of hot dogs, hamburgers and pizzas plus The Londoners Hog Roast and Olive-Greek's Mediterranean to ensure a range of foods to sate your appetite. Ice Creams, Smoothies, Slushies' and soft drinks will be available throughout the fairground.

Our "Refreshments" - The Londoner Pub will provide exciting cocktails, Vedett beers, connoisseur wines and fizz, plus a Gin Bar. Paulaner has ice-cold lager and Chang Beer, Thailand's own, will be pulling the pints.

Left luggage facilities, ATM Machines and Bumrungrad medical services in the grounds.
