Singapore Energy Lecture (31 October) - Thought-provoking and visionary, the Singapore Energy Lecture is presented by a global energy luminary. The highlight of the week, the Lecture provides critical insights into the future development of the energy landscape and sets out the speaker's vision on ensuring a secure energy future. Singapore Energy Summit (31 October) - The Singapore Energy Summit is a high-level strategic dialogue that brings together ministers, policymakers and business leaders to discuss solutions needed for the energy sector. The Summit provides a vital forum to debate and discuss key issues in an interactive format of panel discussions and networking break. PV Asia Pacific Expo (1 -4 November) - PV Asia Pacific Expo is ASEAN's leading business platform for solar energy that gathers players from all the aspects of photovoltaic technology, including manufacturing and applications. Various programmes such as the PV Asia Pacific Conference on Photovoltaics, Technology Forum and Financial Dialogue will cover key PV issues including government incentives, development trends, technical upgrading, conversion efficiency, BIPV systems, smart grid connection, financing and risks, among others. Clean Energy Expo Asia (1-3 November )- Clean Energy Expo Asia (CEEA) is the premier trade fair and conference in the Asia-Pacific region, bringing together the leading players from the technology, services, finance and governmental sectors, in order to address key issues in the areas of renewable energy, energy efficiency and sustainable mobility solutions. In 2010, CEEA brought together more than 5,000 clean energy professionals from 55 countries worldwide, 74 percent of whom are key decision-makers and influencers. Singapore Electricity Round Table 2011 (1-2 November) - An international forum on electricity and energy issues that is organised annually by Energy Market Company, the operator of Singapore's wholesale electricity market and Asia's first liberalised electricity market. The Singapore Electricity Roundtable gathers senior executives and decision makers from the energy, electricity and related industries in Singapore and across the world to discuss regional and international issues and challenges facing the global electricity industry. Downstream Asia (1-2 November) - Downstream Asia is the largest refining and petrochemical event in Asia. Held over three days, it consists of exhibitions, conference, workshops, seminars, site visits, and a management summit. The aim of Downstream Asia is to bring together all key players in the oil & gas and petrochemical refining industry to discuss important issues such as market trends, demand/supply, fuel regulations, environmental concerns, margins, latest cracking technologies, catalyst developments, and integration of petrochemical complexes. Asia Smart Grid (2-4 November)- This is the event for international smart grid providers and suppliers to exchange and share knowledge with Asia's policymakers, regulators, utilities companies and system integrators. It is a key platform for networking, exploring business opportunities and keeping abreast with industry developments. It will provide valuable sales, marketing and networking opportunities for smart grid suppliers and providers to meet top energy decision-makers and qualified buyers. Carbon Forum Asia (2-3 November)- – This forum is Asia Pacific's leading annual trade fair and conference for climate and carbon finance, emissions trading and low carbon technologies. With its finger on the pulse of current regional and global market developments, it is the platform of choice for carbon market professionals and governments. Discussions will centre around key trends and issues that will shape the future of the carbon & energy market in Asia Pacific and beyond. ESMART Asia (3-4 November)- - EMART Asia is the leading Asian summit for energy trading, featuring a two-day conference and exhibition, as well as various pre and post-summit events and excellent networking opportunities. The aim of EMART Asia is to enhance Singapore's position as an energy trading hub by attracting all global participants in the energy trading space who are looking to do business in this region.
