PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) Thailand, part of the world’s biggest network of corporate audit, tax and advisory firms, cordially invites you to join our PwC’s Paying Taxes 2014:The global picture;

A comparison of tax systems in 189 economies worldwideon 19 December 2013 between 8.30am and 12pm at the Athénée Crystal Hall A, 3rd Floor, Athénée Tower, Plaza Athénée Hotel, Wireless Road.

Now in its ninth year as part of the World Bank Doing Business Project; Paying Taxes 2014, is a unique study which provides valuable insights using data across 189 countries, ranking them according to the relative ease of paying taxes.

The report, jointly produced by PwC and the World Bank group, measures the world’s tax systems from the point of view of local small to medium-sized firms complying with different tax laws and regulations. Deputy Finance Minister Benja Louicharoen will be presided over as Guest of Honour.With presentations from key speakers from PwC, the World Bank and International Finance Corporation (IFC), we will explore the main findings from the study and offer you the opportunity to ask questions. Other honourable panellists joining the conference include Suthichai Sangkamanee, Director-General of the Revenue Department and Dr. Areepong Bhoocha-oom, Secretary-General, Office of the Public Sector Development Commission.
